Where's the pick-up address?

All orders can be picked up from 10/18 Harrison Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland, at a pre-agreed time during the following hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Do you offer local deliveries?

Available exclusively for selected Auckland postal codes and for an additional delivery standard fee of $30.

If the delivery option does not appear at checkout after entering your address, it means delivery is not available for your area.

Local deliveries are made on the following days and times:

Tuesday to Friday Between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm

Delivery times will follow the time slot selected on the cart page; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

When should I order?

All orders must be placed through our online shop.

You can choose your preferred delivery or pick-up date at checkout (minimum 4–5 days in advance).

For custom or celebration cakes, please contact us directly by email - contact@ignatura.co.nz.

Can I make changes after ordering?

Yes, please email us at least one week before your scheduled order date to request any changes.

While we’ll do our best to accommodate, some requests may not be possible and additional fees may apply.
