Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

Ignatura does not offer nationwide or courier shipping. All deliveries are local only, within Auckland, and subject to availability.

Local Delivery (Auckland Only)

Local delivery is available exclusively for selected Auckland postal codes and for an additional delivery fee, calculated at checkout based on your location.

If the delivery option does not appear at checkout after entering your address, it means delivery is not available for your area.

Delivery Schedule

Local deliveries are made on the following days and times:

Tuesday to Friday Between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed to an exact hour within this window.

Local delivery is currently available only to the following postal codes:

1050, 1051, 1052, 1071, 1072, 1023

Responsibility

Ignatura is not responsible for any damage to cakes or products once they have been successfully delivered.
