Refund policy
At Ignatura, every cake and dessert is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handcrafted and perishable, we have the following refund and cancellation guidelines:
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 7 days before pickup or delivery.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled date may forfeit part or all of the payment, as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.
Deposits are non-refundable once your order has been confirmed.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after production has started.
If there is a genuine issue with your order (e.g., damage during transport or an error on our part), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
We may request photos and details to assess the situation. If approved, we’ll offer a partial refund, credit, or replacement depending on the circumstances.
Quality Assurance
We take pride in delivering cakes that look and taste exceptional. Please remember that our products are handmade — slight variations in colour, decoration, or texture may occur and are part of the artisanal process.
